Trip Fees / Access Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a backflow device requiring testing is installed and accessible at the time of service.
If our technician arrives on-site and determines that no backflow device is present, or that testing is not required, a trip fee will be charged to cover time and travel expenses.
Additionally, customers must ensure clear and safe access to the backflow device. This includes, but is not limited to, unlocking gates, restraining pets, and removing any obstructions. If we are unable to access the device upon arrival, a trip fee will be charged. Any required return visit will be subject to an additional service fee.
Cancelations By Us
If we have to cancel your test for reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund.
Cancelations By You
Should you order a test and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your test has not been completed, we will provide a refund to the card you paid with, less a 3% service fee. On rare occasions that you request a cancelation on the day that we complete your test, you will not be eligible for a refund as the service will have already been completed. If you ordered a check payment test and this is the case you will still be responsible for payment.
